Pros

I love working here. People are great, relatively lax attitude, WFH option available (should be standard anyways for a software company). Most people seem pretty laid back - get your work done and work hard and you wont be messed with, and eventually will be given opportunities to advance.

Cons

I guess it really depends on where you end up, I have heard conflicting reports about management styles on different teams. Salary is below industry standard, but hey, we are lucky to have work. No real clear direction in regards to training. Promotions are pretty rare.
