      Pros

      Aptean hires 90% straight out of school graduates so it is a good place to start your career with very little experience. It has nice benefits.

      Cons

      They hire experienced staff to train the new college graduates and then fire, lay off, or run off the experienced people. The experienced people are so busy dealing with tactical issues that no one is focusing on the strategic issues. Staff are expected to follow orders and work long hours for low pay. The culture does not allow asking questions or making suggestions. They want blind obedience.

      good to learn, nice environment, no work pressure, good faclities

      Cons

      Not proper facilities and Recreational activities, Hike and Bonus are minimal. too many changes by upper management affects the career path

      It's a job to pay the bills

      Cons

      Burn and churn for experienced sales folks. They hire right out of college to get cheapest sales folks possible and lay off any experienced sales folks. They have too many sales processes and make it hard for customers to do business with us! Bad work-life balance. Expensive medical benefits
