      Pros

      The plan has unfolded and clear direction is in place about where the company is going and it's place in the market. There are still challenges ahaed; however, there is far more certainty now than there was in the past if you choose a career at Aptean.

      Cons

      Career planning and upward mobility is still not figured out. You can move around in the organization but upward mobility within your funcational area is not something that management wants to discuss at this time; primarily because most of those people are new.

      Pros

      The culture here is laid back and enjoyable. Management tends to care more about the work getting done than the nit picky things many companies care about. Hiring the recent grad crowd gives the office a lively atmosphere. The management is flexible with time so the work-life balance is great.

      Cons

      Smaller and newer company still trying to find it's footing. That said it seems to be on the up-swing.
