      Pros

      I have been with Aptean for few years now and loving its current state in Bangalore. Especially whats happening to some of those old time managers. The company always use to take actions on junior employees and managers were not touched. But recently few managers were fired....good sign that its not always just us.

      Cons

      We still have lot of negative employees......my own team is an example. Identify those so that we dont get negatively influenced.
