      Good pay flexible with project switching

      Pros

      It's a company with good pay. They have projects coming to India CoE so opportunities are there to switch among projects in different domains.

      Cons

      Need to bring in little more activities to make the workplace interesting. Need to be flexible with office timing, u can't really ask everyone to come by 10, though you don't say it directly but gets the message through managers.
