      If you don't like making money, this place is awesome!

      Cons

      Strategy is to suck every penny out of our customers at any cost and provide the most minimal support. They have held back commissions for Salespeople for more than 6 months on many occasions and have no plan in place to make things better. The Vista Private Equity Group has destroyed this place in a year.

      As of today I don't have any pros, previous company CDC was good.

      Cons

      Every single pin point is bad in aptean. 1. The hr people don't respond the way they suppose to. 2. You never know when the management will call you to say today is your last day, no matter whether your just joined company month before or serving from n number of years. 3. Dont have transparency in any thing 4. The appraisals will always delay, will not get on time. 5. The kind of work, only bug fixing, enhancement or support nothing as new. 6. You will not have freedom to express your thoughts 7. Never make mistake of joining to aptean. the edge.

      1) Excellent Boot camp Training for Freshers 2) High Transparency in the organisation 3) Product based company with good products in the portfolio 4) Good experience of corporate culture 5) Not just work also encourage fun activities 7) Good Performers are recognised 6) Friendly Environment

      Cons

      1) No Transport Facility 2) Lack of Excellent Infrastructure (I would rate 3 stars) 3) Lack of Excellent food in pantry (I would rate 3 stars) 4) HR Department sometimes lack in transparency aspect 5) Must get into mobile,cloud verticals and be more competitive
