The people you work with and customers. There really are folks there who care about the customers!

Cons

I have worked at Aptean for a little over a year and it has not gotten any better. CEO, SVP of Sales constantly changing processes which make it so hard for customers to buy from Aptean!

Pros

If you are in the Integrated Operations, and have a good manager and team, you can still enjoy your work.

Cons

No one knows what is happening; no one thinks it important to communicate with employees. After restructuring the management is filled with sycophants whose main goal is to stick on to their seat. Don't expect innovation or great ideas from them!
