Increment after 2 years of experience is not so good

Aptean acquire companies, make long time staff redundant in the most inhumane way possible, and expect the rest of the staff to be ok with that. Leadership changes almost monthly and your immediate managers have no power in regards to what you do, or how you are remunerated. If you leave, you are replaced by someone in India. Exceptional employees are awarded a 2.5% pay rise, on top of a salary that is roughly 30-40% below market average to begin with. On the whole, Aptean appeared as a great company, but over the course of a year, it turned into a nightmare, by the time I left, over 50% of the staff had left.
