Pros

TRM Oncology is a great company to work with. It is a global and truly multicultural company with offices in Atlanta and The Hague and over 15 different nationalities. The organisation has grown quite substantially in the last 10 years and the company management is continuously looking to promote a motivating work environment for their staff with lean SOPs and policies, training and development opportunities, employee recognition program, fair performance management processes and regular communication opportunities between staff and management. There is a respectful and professional work environment where innovation, teamwork, transparency and customer focus are deeply embedded.

Cons

TRM Oncology has grown greatly thanks to the hard work, passion and dedication of its staff over the last 10 years. This has required and still requires the flexibility to work sometimes outside of regular working hours.
