Long hours and Extreme Staff Turnover

Pros

For a mid-sized company of around 60 employees, I witnessed 12 people leave in only a couple of months time.

Cons

High staff turnover Extreme focus on shareholder value / bottom line

smaller and therefore nimble organization ... will accommodate roles/responsibilities based on individual skills and circumstances; strong mission and vision and line of sight to broader company goals

Cons

fast-paced and at times requires dedication to delivery (that may exceed individual expectations in a non-agency environment)

Pros

As employees, we always heard about how successful the company was - and it is successful. Most of everyone was friendly. It was nice being fully remote.

Cons

The pay and benefits are not even slightly competitive and the company could make major improvements towards both of these, based on how successful they are. There also seems to be a lot of favoritism shown to certain groups within the company. There are not many career advancement opportunities either and promotions are limited.
