I spent 2.5 years at TRM and it was a great spring board in my career. Nice people and nice working environment. Great leadership and friendly coworkers.

Cons

Low pay. Small opportunities for career growth.

Pros

Within TRM Oncology the culture has grown towards high standards in the past years and all individuals at TRM are constantly striving to deliver the highest quality for their clients. You can really feel that over the years there has been a tremendous growth in all aspects withing the company! It is a joy being part of that road!

Cons

I have not other that sometimes work can become overwhelming , but you have to remember that TRM is an agency.

TRM Oncology is a great company to work for. Over years it has grown from start up to a professional organization delivering high quality services to Global Pharma and Biotech. A great tream of professionals. Open, transparent working environment with well defined (LEAN) business processes.

Cons

The dynamic nature of the business requires high level of flexibility of the people regarding working hours. Cannot always be planned
