      Pros

      Terrific people in the ranks. Amazing potential for the technologies it develops. Global reach and diversity. Very fair/good pay. Exciting industry. Engineers do best here...senior executives seem to rotate or leave regularly.

      Cons

      Remarkably lean resources and a very short-term, shareholder return at-all-cost mindset. Candor and transparency are not hallmarks of leadership. As you read throughout the reviews, people are walked out for cost reasons on a daily basis.

      I am working as a Mechanical Engineer in Aptiv. Company's growth is very good. Work life balance. Salaries are on par with Industries. Salaries are very good compared to Mechanical industries. Opportunities are more for software engineers.

      Cons

      No on site opportunities. Growth is less for mechanical engineers.
