      Pros

      Prefect way to get into sales. Couldn’t have been a better intro to business, finances, and the leaders are so excellent at helping those who have less experience.

      Long work days, but that’s what you’re signing up for.

      Pros

      The best thing about Aptive is that our team always finds new ways to make money and provide more business it helps all levels of the business and I appreciate that. My management team is extremely efficient and I am always confident they will resolve any concerns I have. If I ever have something I need to do family oriented my management team has never told me I can’t they always put family first and it produces a lot of motivation across the board knowing our hard work gets noticed.

      Cons

      The metric SPH/ services per hour, it is extremely screwed in favor of the professionals that live in the areas we cover. For example myself and a couple colleagues drive minimum 1 hour to our first stop but the SPH reflects from when we leave our house to when we get home which gives the professionals that live 10 minutes from there first stop an extreme advantage putting us at the bottom of production on this metric.
