      Great environment and great people

      Pros

      The management is SO NICE and it's such a chill place to work. You can wear jeans a t-shirt if you want and they don't care. You can decorate your work place and they are understanding when you are sick and can't come in, or if you have kids and need a day off for something of that sort, they get it.

      Cons

      The only thing I could say is that it's far from my house, but that's a personal thing. Also, the pay(in my opinion) could be better, but it's better than some.

      Pros

      It was really fun working for Aptive. Great company culture with plenty of competitions and incentives throughout the summer. Being around others working hard to pursue their goals will push you to outperform yourself. You control how much money you make.

      Cons

      The days are long and the only day off is Sunday. Knocking on doors isn't glamorous.
