      Pros

      You receive your own truck to take home which is always nice and awesome to save on gas. Co workers on your level are usually nice.

      Cons

      Management only has one thing on their mind and that is getting sales anyway they can no matter how they have to sale it. They pay for the type of work is absurd to the fact you have to be state certified to make barley above minimum wage .

      Pros

      The hours for the company is good.

      Cons

      Good hours, but not good overtime. Management does not listen to employees concerns, they fire people without any warnings and no information to back up the reason. Communication errors. They favor certain employees over others. Crappy pay, no advancement opportunity's. Behind on paperwork for employees, reviews are not given on time.
