      Pros

      Good benefits, good ability for teamwork throughout the branch. Management for individual branches is very good with their efforts. Pay is decent. Opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Sales team needs work to not promise things the company doesn't do. Customer service needs to be reworked to properly address customer needs via times and dates they want. Also, to not use out of country call centers as most customers dont appreciate that. Some customers can be rude or not helpful when it cones time for safety with thier animals, especially dogs and biting technicians.

      There is a lot of opportunity for advancement for those who are willing to put in the work. The company provides extensive training at all levels which help employees grow both professionally and personally leadership development is encouraged in high performers are given a chance to take on more responsibility and move up The culture is fast paced, but a rewarding expectations are clear, and there is a strong emphasis on results accountability, and continuous improvement. If you are motivated coachable, and willing to lead by example, this is a great environment to build a long-term career.

      You can advance pretty fast here. The satisfaction of seeing the customers face light up once you solve pets problem.
