- Poor communication from management. - Ever changing job description which you can imagine with a newer company so if you want correct expectations of the job you wont get it from the job description. - In most cases you will have a rotating schedule. Meaning your days off will rotate every other week. So if you are a student like me or have a second job that makes it really hard. - The schedules are now done off of a shift bid that takes place every 4-6 months, so your schedule is never set and ever changing throughout your time with the company. The shift bid is also based off seniority at the company so you can take that for what its worth. - I was left without a supervisor for over 3 months and had no communication about what was to happen, who I was to report too, and how I was to manage my team now that I was the only manager "assigned" to that team. (they have a supervisor and a team lead assigned to each team and in that situation I was the team lead) - I was being faulted for not working over my 40 hours a week on the management team. They began "asking" but basically requiring team leads to work some weekends which is OVER the 40 hours a week. - I have worked here for over 3 years and as a business its thriving but as an employer they are failing to meet the expectations that were communicated when I started this job. I am very disappointed in the employee experience here at Aptive and I would no longer recommend anyone to work for this company. I have refereed many of my friends and family to work here and get services from this company and I now feel horrible that I have done that based on how they have been treating employees over the last year. I will no longer recommend anyone to Aptive. -they preach core values that the company doesnt follow when it comes to how they treat the employees. - I have witnessed outside hires be brought into management and completely destroy the culture that was at Aptive when I started over 3 years ago. When I say it was the most amazing place to work I 100% mean it. But now I dread going to work every day. I cant express how disappointed I am in the management for that reason.

Lack of safety protocol, Supply Chain issues, poor training for customer support, unwilling to supply the proper tools to do an adequate job, poor route planning, extremely poor benefits (besides PTO)
