Pros

Truly if you work hard you can make good money in summer sales. Tou don't have to be dishonest.

Cons

Their corporate structure is scamming people. I was lied to. I lied to reps I recruited about what i could give them because I was told incorrectly. Other companies are way better in terms of honesty and paying you everything they say they will.

Pros

Teamwork, LOTS of help, Direct Deposit, Remote. You actually matter at this company. You won't be stagnant, either. Learn the ropes at your first position, and you'll quickly get opportunities to move into other areas! Pretty decent pay, benefits, plenty of PTO (paid time off) to start, one unpaid personal day per quarter year, one paid personal holiday per year, paid holidays off. You manage your own paid breaks, but you balance those with duties off the phones (sending emails, contacting Service Pros or Area Managers, calling customers back). One hour lunch breaks per 8 hour shift.

Cons

Sometimes nobody is available during later shifts to help. Team meetings are entirely too short (30 minutes).

Pros

Employees get rewarded for doing things that would otherwise be considered wrong and dishonest. A great opportunity for compulsive liars, cleptomaniacs, HUGE egos, and a broken moral compass.

Cons

Unfortunately, you will have to sell your soul to the devil (your team lead), in order to ensure that you don't get screwed over and lose money. You will also need to be willing to consistently break city and federal laws, or in the words of my team lead "you will never sell anything."

It's disappointing to hear that you did not have a good experience and don't believe your comments accurately represent our culture and management. We encourage all of our employees to reach out to our HR department with any issues they need to have resolved.
