Cons

They are dishonest and don't do the service they say they do. They are trying to screw over reps and take all of there money. They will charge you outrageous amounts for rent and if you go home early for any reason they will take every dime you made!!

Pros

It was really fun working for Aptive. Great company culture with plenty of competitions and incentives throughout the summer. Being around others working hard to pursue their goals will push you to outperform yourself. You control how much money you make.

Cons

The days are long and the only day off is Sunday. Knocking on doors isn't glamorous.

The pay is decent, but not for the number of hours worked.

Cons

Constantly on call, company wants you to jump through hoops daily, they make you run the team like workdogs so they are miserable which makes your day hard, they want servicepros to work weekends but then say they cant work the other days of the week so they dont get their "bonuses", the work vehicles are terrible in every sense, managers have to foot the bill if there are issues becuase you dont dare use the credit card they give, there is zero reason managers cant work virtually on meeting days as long as they are able to get to the office for an emergecy, there are managers who are part of "the club" - they can do no wrong - even if what they are doing IS wrong (I will leave it at that).
