      Sales company that does pest control

      Pros

      Really great sales team. Successful customer growth. Branch management is great!

      Cons

      Pest control is not a priority to the CEO and Owner, but sales are. Long hours, bad pay. Service Pros are seen as the very bottom of the company and they show that through pay and lack of care for customers.

      - Fair pay, if you are willing to put in the hours. - Supportive and loyal work culture. - Valueable work experience. Would recommend to a friend who is new to the industry.

      Cons

      - Long hard hours, especially in the summer time. - Work/life balance can be challenging, if you aren't 100% "in it." - Sometimes lacking in the proper equipment for services & customer satisfaction is sometimes valued at expense of the SP's safety.
