      Great pay, amazing trainings, very professional leaders, fun bonuses that help morale, and helps build successful life patterns that apply to any field of work. Allows for work freedom during most of the year with the compensation from a normal year-long job

      Cons

      During the summer: Very emotionally, mentally, and physically demanding at times. Takes a lot of discipline.

      Not much. Just it is difficult so if you plan on tackling it you have to hit it with full force.

      Pros

      If you have a good team leader, you won't get screwed over or not get paid on accounts you think you deserve. I gave them my price point at the beginning of the summer and they helped me hit it. It's a great entry level sales position if you want to earn money over the summer.

      Cons

      They sometimes bug you for awhile if you don't plan to do it for a second summer or consecutive years. It's annoying, but it's worth going through if you're trying to make some quick money.
