They give you all the tools and training most companies do not provide. Maybe the hardest part of the job is during the summer which is the busiest time of the year. It can be stressful and a lot of work at times but it is so rewarding. The Aptive standard is to go above and beyond with everything you do so if you do not like working long hours, call off work a lot, or are habitually late you probably will not like this. However, if you want to have a sense of self worth, work for a fast pace/fast growing company, and better your quality of life I would definitely recommend working for Aptive!
