      Pros

      Aptive does a phenomenal job at letting team leads be rock stars to their team. While as a company they do some things that I may not agree with my team lead was a stud and really mad it an awesome place to work. Now I get to do that to my recruits

      Sometimes if you don’t know what you’re getting into the job can be really hard

      Pros

      They train and prepare you really well, they continue to guide and support throughout the summer, and they're really forthright and transparent in their dealings. I've loved working here and plan to continue for the foreseeable future.

      Cons

      It is a job that requires hard work and optimism, and you need to sustain that daily. But it pays off!
