      Pros

      If you have a very sales/pushy personality you can make a ton of money. If you don't, you will get screwed over when I comes to money. It's a business risk. If you think that's you, you can do great. If you don't see yourself being able to be pushy, don't do it.

      Cons

      The regionals pretend like they have your back, but if you don't make it with sales, they will stab you in the back, no pity. That was me. Don't let them read the contract to you--make sure you personally take time to read the whole thing. (I.e. I didn't know they cut your commission in half if you don't get a hundred sales). Just be careful of their sweet talking. It can be a great opportunity, and it could be something that screws you over. You just need to do a personal evaluation.

      Pros

      Aptive is an amazing company. We have awesome core values and always are striving to evolve and be the best at what we do in the pest control industry. I have nothing but positive things to say about management and how I have always been treated. It is hard work but very rewarding.

      Cons

      If you don't like to work hard this probably isn't the job for you.
