      Pros

      Easy and fun environment to work in, great people to work with, flexible with everyday life, plenty of room to move up in the company.

      Cons

      During the summer it gets pretty busy so don't get to take much vacation, due to being a for profit company the company emphasizes sales

We understand that work/life balance is essential and we are focusing on how to promote that throughout the company better. We're also happy to say that we've since made changes to be able to offer competitive wages and incentives for many of our employees.       Long hours! However, the overtime is nice!

      Pros

      Great people to work with, great incentives, alot of opportunities to make extra cash, and you get to meet alot of great people(customers), managers are great and easy to talk to if your have any kind problems.

      Cons

      Long hours in the summer time( but great overtime money), working in the rain is probably the worst part of the job.
