      The have some good ideas, they have some good people working there, when I first started there I was blown away with everything and the direction they were going but...,

      awful execution of company plans, horrible communication all around from the internal to reaching out to the customers, always changing things and not for the better and never letting client know, hard to move in the company

      Potential good pay, poor ethics and high rigor

      Good pay (over time and with very, very hard work , good coworkers

      Cons

      Undesirable business practices (stating that no corners will be cut but quietly encouraging corners to be cut in order to hit production) High micromanagement and very poor communication
