      Pros

      I have worked for the company now for over 9 months, going on 10 and I have to say it has been the most worth while jobs that I have worked. Aptive as a whole feels like a family and makes each individual employee feel like they are an important asset to the company! Lots of opportunity for personal time to spend with my son, as a single mother this is the most important thing for me.

      Cons

      The pay could be a little better. Sick time could be implemented and helpful

      No much space to grow for my job position. Please note that I love working with my team and I am very happy with all the support I receive from my team and manger.
