My experience with Aptive has been nothing short of exceptional. I've had a variety of opportunities to grow and expand in my position, with ample exposure to leadership. The company itself has a wonderful culture with passionate teams, providing an engaging and dynamic work environment. I've been involved in planning and executing on projects and events that leave a big impact on the business, and I'm extremely grateful for those opportunities.

Cons

EA positions can be demanding, often requiring a keen sense of adaptability and organization. But overall, no major cons about my position or the company.

Good pay, great bonuses, great opportunity for growth, great leadership, always set up for success.

Cons

Some service pros don’t try their best so you would pay the consequences, sometimes you may temporarily get a not so great vehicle while yours gets serviced, sometimes customers can be very mean simply because they don’t want to pay for services they signed up for.
