      Easy job Off-season you have reasonable hours Occasional event or random prize

      Cons

      No communication between sales, production, and customer service Management encourages employees to lie to customers every day When other areas do a poor job or fall behind, you have to make up the difference by cheating your customers

      BEST JOB I EVER HAD

      Pros

      -Free Food and soda machine in office at corporate -PTO, Paid Holidays -Monthly Food Trucks at Provo Corp. Office -You are treated like everyone is your best friends and your NOT treated like a number -I cant wait for Monday to come everyone weekend! They make this job SO fun! -I always feel so safe here -All my bosses and sups I have ever had, have always made me feel happy, safe, wanted, and needed (Worked here for almost 2 years) -They also make sure my mental health is ok. If its not okay I communicate and they help me find a day off to breath and refocus. They are genuinely curious in my personal life whenever I share anything and they ask how "---" went when something fun happened.

      -Not everyone can work in the office if they live in utah

      Thanks for your kind words. It's great to hear how much you enjoy Aptive's Culture. The company has a large workforce around the country that unfortunately are not able to participate in many of the company activities in our corporate office.
