      It’s about who you know not what you know

      Flexible work space, work with parents family first

      Cons

      The new manager is on your case with daily reminders with how much you’re under. Problem though is they didn’t hire enough people. They want to over schedule services to make up for lost revenue in other places that are meeting target. That’s shady. They hire people that have no experience simply because they are friends or family of the person hiring. No room for growth of course if only you are a partner of someone higher up then you will make it far here. Manager is terrible at talking to people. We take screenshots of our work daily they don’t trust us at all

      Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Hopefully, you are having regular meetings with your manager that give you the chance to help your manager see ways that would be more effective in communicating.       Everything! I wish i would of read contract, you still have to pay the whole summer even if you did only stay for one week. Smh

      Based on your review it is unclear what issues you had with Aptive. It sounds like you committed to working for the summer and stayed one week and if that's the case, you missed out on what could have been a great opportunity.
