They will over work you , under pay you , and when they feel they have no need for you they will find a reason to let you go . They will pick and choose when to follow the rules . For example , I was fired for picking up my daughter in the company vehicle which my OM knew about , but once it was time to cut their losses I was the first to go and because they couldn’t fire me because of my work ethic he used me picking up my daughter as a reason for termination even though a week prior he authorized me to take the company vehicle to come to Christmas party where I was allowed to drink and then drive the vehicle home . Me losing my job almost made me lose my home and he knew I was a single father of 3 . The Sales team should be investigated for unethical practices , forging signatures on yearly contracts , and outright lying to and manipulating customers to get new sales and APTIVE KNOWS AND ALLOWS IT!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY !! They pay their techs minimum wage while giving the supervisors fat bonuses and handsome Salaries. DO NOT APPLY!! DO NOT SIGN UP !! ITS A BIG SCAM!!!
