We learn new technology one step at a time, and we have weekly team classes to make sure everyone has the information "down pat" before moving on. Veteran Mentorship: This company truly values experience. They lean on veteran technicians to walk new employees through every step of the process so they aren't left alone on a route until they are 100% comfortable. Customer Loyalty: Our "Reduced Risk" approach (using botanical-based pyrethrins and EPA-approved treatments) is high-quality. I’ve seen that even when customers leave for other options, they almost always come running back once they realize the value of our service. Collaborative Bonus Culture: We have monthly bonuses, and we actually help each other hit them. In our meetings, if one tech finds a better way to hit a goal, they share it so the whole "family" can maximize their earnings. Strong Communication: You are never on an island. There is constant contact and support between co-workers, supervisors, and manageme
