      Pros

      Aptive is an honest, reliable, simple company. They have years of experience in the pest control world, and they strive to become better each year. I have loved meeting the employees and feel they treat me with full respect even though I'm just starting out.

      Cons

      There are some dumb rules in the contracts to go sell, such as you must use aptive housing and vacation time is hardly anything, but other than that it's a great company.

      Cool company, horrible management

      Pros

      -Fun and relaxed company culture -Nice incentives and team outings -Unlimited earnings *IF* you can meet the quotas

      Cons

      -From my experience the managers were very unprepared and it hurt the entire team -Make sure you read the fine print of the contract (especially rent), they will smooth talk you into signing without explaining the details properly -You will work 12 hours a day 6 days a week, with training on Sundays. No time off the entire summer -You will start off making next to nothing and it is 100% commission. You have to hit certain sales targets to increase your commission to be able to make a decent income

      Aptive appreciates those who take time to post a review. Aptive has improved its benefits training and compensation. The company does not require its sales team to work 12 hours a day, seven days a week.

      Pros

      A very easy job to make some money.

      Cons

      Easily the most poorly company I have ever worked for. They have no idea what they are doing. I worked there for 2 summers and they never could figure out how to pay using direct deposit. The managers were notorious for losing things such as sales that we made.

      We appreciate the time it takes to write a review. Direct deposit is something that we set up when an employee is onboarded. Our HR and Payroll departments are happy to help with these types of issues.
