      Pros

      Made very good money, met great people.

      Cons

      They will lie to you, mislead you and a lot of the management is extremely racist. Sad to hear some of the things top leaders have said and they try to make a joke out it.

      We don't feel as though the comments you've made accurately represent our management and we consider an accusation of racism very serious. If any of our employees feel our management team has been racist in any way, we encourage them to reach out to our HR department.

      Good to their employees, not their customers

      Pros

      good to their employees, they give you pto even in your first year and have a program called "awardco" which is really cool.

      Cons

      Aptive has been unfair and dishonest to their customers in a few different respects like scheduling them early, which sucks when its your job to answer the calls and you just have to play dumb when customers ask they they were scheduled so early. Also super weird about how they handle refunds, only managers can process the refunds and they take months to do it sometimes, which is really unfair to customers.
