      Pros

      Welcoming & supportive co-workers. Fun incentives and perks. Promotion opportunities. Competitive wages with market adjustments when necessary. Easy to reach support systems: other departments, hr, benefits, etc. There's been a increase in the company's focus on employee growth and building a bench who are promotion ready.

      Cons

      They offer a competitive 401k at 4% match, but I'd love to see it increase.
