Pros

Aptive has changed from a small operations over the years into the top 5 pest control companies in America while I have been here. The opportunities have grown from solely pest control sales and operations to HR, Legal, Learning and Development, Technology, Scheduling, Improvement, Finance, Strategy, M&A and more!

Cons

With all larger companies there is inevitably more red tape, however, Aptive encourages a matrix organization where departments are strongly encouraged to work together for the good of the customer, employee and company.

Pros

Company culture is great, everyone is so friendly. There are many perks regarding events in the area we get access to, which is really exciting! Everyone seems genuinely interested in the success of not just the business, but each individual as well. Work/life balance is the best I've ever had.

Cons

I'm not sure there are any downsides to working here. If you want a remote, passive, not-engaging job, this would not be the place for you because everyone seems pretty hands-on, always.

Great place to work with a hands-off management approach, fostering independence. Strong emphasis on employee appreciation through monthly birthday celebrations, event tickets, and exciting holiday parties. Inclusive management style that values everyone's input in decision-making. Numerous training opportunities sponsored by Aptive to support both professional and personal growth. Exceptional work facilities, including modern offices, a green room, and inviting breakrooms, which create a refreshing and motivating environment.

Cons

Aptive fosters a friendly, close-knit environment, which has its benefits and drawbacks. While it promotes strong camaraderie, I've noticed the formation of "cliques". Other than that, there really are no cons. It's an amazing company.
