My boss is the best! I feel supported to do the work that I need to do and I feel that my opinions are valued and heard. Aptive is heavy on wanting to always be improving. Since this is such a big deal for Aptive, ideas for improvements aren't left on deaf ears, we take action on good ideas and run with it. I've been here for 3 years now and I've never looked back.

Cons

If you're not into the building phase of an awesome company, then this isn't for you. If you don't do well with change, also not for you. Since there is a lot of growth, that means a lot of change. I've got the vision and I'm here for the ride.

Aptive has a culture of winning. I enjoy working with people who take their job seriously and are trying to get better. At corporate, there is a visible effort to help employees enjoy their work and there are tons of perks.

Cons

I'm always a little sheepish to tell people that I work at a pest control company.

Awesome management! Everyone there was so different that we all meshed very well together. Everyone was cheering for one another no matter personal or professional.

Cons

The only downfall for me was working remotely I didn’t get to have all the office fun everyone else was having! ;)
