      Pros

      Aptive has some of the best people to work side by side with to learn and grow as an employee and person. I have really enjoyed the growth I have retained being apart of the Aptive family.

      Cons

      I do feel the RPS deserves more recognition for how hard we work behind the scenes to ensure ARO runs properly, our SPs have efficient routes and they are being taken care of properly (employee retention), our clients are 100% satisfied with their appointment days and times (customer retention), our branches are running to our company's expectations and making sure our OMs are on top of their duties so ARO and GEO runs properly. I feel as though our day to day work consists more of a work force management title than it is Routing Specialist so it would be really great if our title could match our daily tasks.

The company fosters an environment where growth is not just encouraged but truly supported by leadership. The leaders are knowledgeable and human, understanding that mistakes happen and emphasizing the importance of learning from them and developing grit. The salary is competitive, and despite the company's significant growth, it still maintains much of its startup culture. Team camaraderie is strong, and collaboration is encouraged, creating a positive work environment.

      Growth comes with challenges in terms of processes and communication, but it is clear that the company is actively working to address these as it scales.
