I have been working in Aptude for more than two years as a full time employee and I see it as a great place to work. Good career opportunities, who are willing to take challenges and zeal to learn new things. Management is great and supportive, Friendly environment and good work life balance

Need to be proactive, Can't expect management reach will reach out to you to give challenges or opportunities.
