Nothing special to tell pros. Every thing cons only.

Cons

Very Very low profile management. If they found low wages people in market, they remove existing people and replace. Extremely unethical, will do anything to make their profits. That includes flat out deceit, lying and other unscrupulous activities. They treat their software consultants like dirt, and have no respect or loyalty towards any employee's

-They won't increase yourr wage by 1 cent after working for years. -They treat you as resource and not interested in anything. -They will create your fake resume and sell you anywhere -They will make you feel bad everyday and put you in depression -They will make all sorts of stories not to give your money even if you have worked for them.
