Truly the worst company I have ever worked for

If the pool you're hired by AquaTech to lifeguard/manage is decent, you may last through the summer.
Cons
Too numerous to count. AquaTech routinely loses clients because they are unable to be reasonable business partners to the pools/clubs they are hired to manage and staff. They love to lowball potential clients and then tack on unexpected costs and milk their clients for all they can as soon as the contract is signed. If you're an interested employee, beware! The pay is average but they will promise you about twice the hours you actually receive. The regional management staff all seem to suffer the same type of narcissism and obnoxiousness. Michelle in particular was insufferable. If you value your sanity and peace of mind, look elsewhere for a summer job.
