I got to decide how to I wanted a job done Getting paid to sit by a pool during the summer

Cons

the pay did not match the amount of time or quality of work i put in. they made me work on a medical note that said i was not allowed to work when i could barely walk

Good staff, dedicated to safety and cleanliness

Cons

The pay seems ridiculously low for the job. You pay $250+ for the certification course and make $7.50 /hr as a starting lifeguard.
