      Somewhere to put down roots

      Pros

      Aquarium is a company with lots of opportunity for advancement, it's somewhere you can stay and build a career. The management team is very open and approachable. The employees at Aquarium are very helpful and there is a friendly and collaborative atmosphere if you seek it out.

      Cons

      You have to be happy to work in an environment where there will always be something pressing to do. It can be rewarding but is stressful.

      Pros

      An innovative company, with great people to work with. The management team are very approachable and are willing to listen to any ideas that you may have.

      Cons

      The only thing is you are unable to transfer unused holiday from one year to the next

      Thank you for your review! That's an interesting point about being able to roll-over the holidays to the next year. However, the company is keen for you to take time off so that you are able to recharge your batteries. Everyone works so hard at Aquarium so time off is essential to keep us well and healthy!
