I have been working in aquarium less than 1 year, the interview process was quick, they know what they want and once they identify potentials, they don't mess about. The team are awesome, working environment is beautiful and relaxing coupled with experienced people to sort you out when you are in doubt. There is no micro-management, everybody is busy, up and running, and out there to achieving the organizational goals, you can't just be lazy. Team/individual efforts are been recognized for praises/commendations.

I have worked with Aquarium for the bulk of my professional life and am delighted to have done so. Through my career I have worked at every stage of the software development lifecycle. In areas that came naturally to me, Aquarium nurtured and encouraged my interest. In areas that were more foreign to me, I was supported with offers of external and on-the-job training. The variety and abundance of work is enormous, and there are always opportunities to learn new skills supported by an enthusiastic and inspiring team.
