Pros

It's kind of the best of both worlds. Vitamin T is a start-up with the backing of a mature company thats been in the creative staffing business for 25 years. If you like change, if you like creative and if you like building a business from scratch, this is the place for you.

Cons

If you're not "good" with time management, this is not the place for you. We have ambitious goals, thankfully there's plenty of help to get there. Yet, not everyone can hang with being held accountable to specific goals under tight deadlines.

Great work/life balance, benefits, investment in your development, good managers, partnership with management, advancement opportunities,

Cons

Aquent has a lot of change, but it's because they aren't afraid to take risk and fail. Failure is not a bad thing in Aquent's culture. It's okay to fail as long as you learn and move forward for the better. So if you don't mind A LOT of change then join the team and stay a while! Just remember, be flexible!
