      Company is slimming down so most people are doing multiple jobs at once. Commission structure is a bit confusing.

      - Completely remote - Can be flexible - Ok benefits - Nice people!

      Cons

      - You will be expected to work later/take on more work - Can be hard to advocate for yourself - Your job responsibilities could very likely shift to a different (often more difficult or higher ranking) role but your salary and job title will not reflect that - It all comes down to profits (totally fine and expected) but they somehow don't have enough for consistent bonuses and/or promotions even after years of work
