Pros

Over the three years that I was an employee the salary was great along with bonus...

Cons

Once management found out I was looking around... they basically tried to be-rate me by reporting to consultant which was someone below my pay raise. What was the worst was that when the consultant did my appraisal (which he had never done with anyone else) he said he had put in the review that I had done a fantastic job during that year. The management told him to reduce the grading and they added false information to make sure I did not get a bonus the final year - while I had brought in over a million dollars in new business while working with this consultant at another location... not good

Pros

People are great though many of the best leave quickly. Compensation is reasonable. Benefits are good, especially vacation though most people don't have time to use it.

Cons

The CIO is a misogynist. Worst case of sexism I have ever witnessed. The Executive team makes decisions based on egos to the detriment of the company. Comoany is setup as a body shop, there is no employee development. Employees are assigned to projects whether they are qualified or not. If no project is immediately available they are layed off. Attrition is terrible. Kool-Aid is plentiful.

Pros

- Great people and collaboration.

Cons

- Little vision at the senior leadership level. - Always encouraged to bill out maximum hours (even if you complete the project early and could save the client money). - Say one thing verbally but do another/the opposite.
