Note that I said Aquilent "had" amazing people Management sold a product that the team was not at all set up to support. Instead of setting up a team appropriate to support it, they gutted the teams that were supporting our core products and made that one odd project the entire focus of the program. The C-levels gutted the program management and brought in folks who honestly were the worst management I've had in my 20 year career. People who have done a phenomenal job on the existing core projects were treated like idiots. Processes that have been working wonderfully for years were thrown out the window. Morale went into the toilet and people started quitting. On top of that, the customer stopped showing up to regular meetings and started ignoring us. I don't think the internal team members are the only ones who are unhappy with the changes. I really, really enjoyed working there until these changes took place and am sad to see such a great program fall apart because of horrible management decisions.
