Pros

Great perks (flex schedules, great benefits, fitness programs, nice café and lounge areas, fun events, etc.) plus they are 100% invested in growing YOU. I honestly have never been in such a supportive environment where folks collaborate, build each other up, and do great work as a team.

Cons

Cubicles - but that will be over when we move to the new building in a few days. I can't wait!

Pros

Aquilent is a great place to work. Everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional. The company promotes work life balance, and a positive work environment. The company frequently throws office events and parties in addition to giving back to the community (fundraisers, clean up the road, seasonal donations, etc.). The company is rapidly growing, as well as expanding their office facilities. In addition, benefits are great.
