      It was a job with a paycheck.

      Cons

      I was a commissioned employee earned $1124 commission on my sales before I left. Today I get my final commission check its $70. Throughout my tenure there we had no heat in the office. Told management and they did nothing. Heat is a basic need. Signed large restaurant chain in fall of 2014 didn't get paid on 2 locations. Signed a 2 location auto alignment shop in June 2014 had to fight to get paid on one location. If you are in dire need of a job go for it. But if you can find something else I would.

      Pros

      Freedom from Tues-Thurs. It's like running your own business. The gas card is the biggest benefit! We have a really nice sales manager, and we can get call in leads from time to time. Some territories more than others, however. There are some really nice people that work here!

      Cons

      The main issue here is that the service team cannot currently service the customers. You sell them on great service, and people, but we don't follow through. It's not even ethical how they are (we are) bringing on new business, when we can't keep the customers we currently have. It's a mess, and nobody cares. Management, including our sales manager, keeps saying it will get better, but never does. Management only cares about money, and not the customers.

      Pros

      They always have jobs available. If not now, wait a minute someone's going to get fed up and quit.

      Cons

      You are just a body and they seem to think there is an endless stream of them. And alas...that seems to be true.
